Qaseeza Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Duration

• Within Pakistan only: 3–4 business days (via trusted courier partners).

Shipping Charges

• Flat rate of ₨300 per order (nationwide).

Payment Method

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
• All orders must be prepaid through the payment options available at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your package.

Delays

• Qaseeza is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will assist in resolving courier- related issues.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• Re-shipping charges may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
