Qaseeza Return & Refund Policy


At Qaseeza, we value your trust and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Since perfumes and oils are delicate and personal-use products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining product hygiene and safety.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if you receive:
    • The wrong product, or
    • A damaged/defective item.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (₨300) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong or damaged product, it will be replaced with the correct one.

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

 

How to Request a Return

 

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review and guide you through the return process.
